Daniel is a licensed Public Adjuster specializing in property damage, business interruption and ordinance or law coverage claims. Over his career, he has managed significant settlements arising from hurricanes, wildfires, windstorms and other catastrophic events. He is adept at interpreting policy language, conducting thorough investigations and negotiating favorable settlements with insurers, appraisers and contractors.

Prior to launching Pivotal Public Adjusters, Daniel held senior leadership roles in both the insurance and construction industries, including positions such as Executive General Adjuster and Vice President of Operations. He also founded Pivotal Steel Buildings, where he oversaw design, budgeting, compliance and field operations for major projects. This unique blend of field experience and executive leadership enables him to evaluate losses with technical precision, strategic foresight, and a clear understanding of construction costs.

Throughout his career Daniel has successfully negotiated complex, multimillion-dollar claims for commercial, multi-family and residential properties. He has led and mentored teams of claims representatives and adjusters, improving performance and adherence to industry standards. He has collaborated with legal teams, engineers and environmental experts to substantiate claims and resolve disputes. He has also directed extensive construction projects from bidding to completion while ensuring quality, compliance and financial control.

Daniel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M University and maintains active memberships with the Texas Association of Public Insurance Adjusters and the Insurance Appraisal and Umpire Association. He is proficient in Xactimate, Microsoft Office and various claims management systems.
